The Country Cottage and Ice House are located in the original carriage building of the estate. The cottage is located on the first floor where the horses and carriage was kept. The ice house has an entrance in the rear of the building where blocks of ice where cut from Lake Geneva and stored year round.

The Country Cottage has two rooms, one room has a king size bed the other has a full size bed. Both rooms are connected to the bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and large mirrored dressing table made of old growth pine.
